Schools retain 100% ownership of all records, lists, logs, and database entries uploaded to the Parthnex platform. Parthnex acts strictly as a data processor. We will never sell, lease, or distribute student or family contact information to third parties.
Your school data is housed in an isolated database schema. Access to this database is restricted using strict tenant validation tokens. All traffic channels between client browsers, API gateways, and database hosts are encrypted using 256-bit AES SSL protocols.
We use functional session cookies to verify user identities and store theme preferences. We do not use advertising tracking cookies. Analytical tools (like Google Analytics) run anonymously to check site loading speeds and performance logs.
