Schools must pay subscription fees on time based on their selected tier (Growth, Scale, or Enterprise). Account services may be paused if invoices are overdue by more than 30 calendar days.
Users must not attempt to breach schema isolation, bypass API access restrictions, run automated vulnerability scanners against our systems, or upload malicious files to document vaults.
Parthnex provides database operations with a 99.9% uptime target. In the event of catastrophic server failures, backups are used to restore services. Parthnex is not liable for data inaccuracies caused by incorrect manual entries by school users.
